Falling in Love with Lash Artistry
It all started about eight years ago. I wasn’t doing anything particularly constructive on the employment front, but I had always been fascinated by the beauty industry. After reading about the rising popularity of semi-permanent eyelashes in fashion publications, I decided to explore further. I enrolled in a short training course and immediately fell in love with the art of lash extensions. The precision, creativity, and transformation were everything I had been looking for.
As a perfectionist, I naturally gravitated towards mastering the craft. I began practicing on friends and family, and soon my lash work was in high demand. My client base grew quickly, and I transformed a small space in my home into a dedicated studio. From this humble beginning, I AM Lash PRO was born — and today, we operate from our own headquarters in beautiful West Wales.
From Lash Queen to Brand Bombshell
To further refine my skills and gain industry recognition, I entered lash competitions. I travelled to Glasgow for my first competition and returned home with the title of Classic Category World Champion from Paris — a life-changing moment. This achievement opened the door to judging roles at major lash events, where I connected with talented lash artists and gained invaluable insights.
It was during these events, while discussing the pros and cons of various lash products with fellow professionals, that the idea for I AM Lash PRO truly came to life. I knew I had to create a brand that combined everything I valued as a lash artist: quality, innovation, and outstanding customer service.
