If you placed your order with us before 12pm, we aim to process it the same day. Orders placed after 12pm Monday to Friday, at the weekend or a Bank Holidays will not be processed until the next working day.

Standard Delivery – £4.95 
UK orders posted using Royal Mail 24 Tracked, service can be tracked fully throughout its journey until the item has been delivered. Delivery usually takes between 1-5 working days, however this may take longer subject to demand.

Guaranteed delivery next working day - £9.95 UK Orders placed before Midday Monday to Friday (Excluding Bank-holidays) posted using Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery Service. Service can be tracked fully throughout its journey until the item has been delivered. Orders placed after 12pm Fridays, on weekends and national holidays in the UK are shipped next working day.

Free UK delivery on orders over £65 
We deliver items as quickly and efficiently as possible. Unfortunately, we’re unable to guarantee our delivery times, as they may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.
I AM Lash will not be liable for any loss caused to you due to the late deliver.
If your address is overseas, you may incur additional currency transactions, postage and customs charges.

International Delivery
International Orders are sent by Royal Mail Air sure service.
International Orders delivery in Europe – approximate delivery time up to 15 working days – £13.95 to £39.95

International Express

International DHL Express Service - approximate delivery time 2 to 6 working days - £49.95 

PLEASE NOTE:

- Duties and taxes are applied by Customs in the destination country and the receiver is responsible for paying them. Duties and taxes apply to parcels travelling outside the UK.

- International customs offices will claim tax on parcels imported from UK, which the recipient is responsible for paying. These charges depend on the individual package as it arrives in customs, therefore I AM Lash are unable to advise what the fee may be.

- If recipient refuses the delivery, the refund for the order will be processed after the parcel will return to the sender. Delivery fees are not refundable in this case.
